Privacy notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided by ProRealty Teknoloji A.Ş. ("ProRealty") as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). The Turkish version is the binding text.

For the customer, owner and employee data that subscribing offices record in ProRealty, the office is the data controller; ProRealty acts only as a processor on the office's instructions.

Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, city, the office you work for.
• Account and billing: username, tax or ID number, billing address.
• Security: IP address, device and browser details, session and activity logs.
• Requests: what you send through the contact and demo forms or support channels.

Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to set up and perform the contract, meet our legal obligations, keep the service secure and answer your requests, relying on the legal bases in Article 5 of KVKK.

Transfers

Data is shared only as far as needed to provide the service: with our hosting, email and e-invoice providers, and with authorities where the law requires.

Send requests under Article 11 of KVKK to [email protected]. We reply within thirty days.
