Terms of service

These terms govern the relationship between ProRealty Teknoloji A.Ş. ("ProRealty") and the office subscribing to the ProRealty service ("Subscriber"). The Turkish version is the binding text.

Service

ProRealty is a cloud software service for real estate offices. The scope of the service depends on the selected plan.

Subscription and payment

• Fees are set per user per month and exclude VAT.
• If yearly billing is chosen, the period fee is charged up front.
• Unless cancelled, the subscription renews on the same terms at the end of each period.

Cancellation

The Subscriber may cancel at any time from inside the app or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Data

The Subscriber owns the data it records. When the subscription ends, data is exported on request and deleted after a reasonable period.

Liability

ProRealty works to provide the service with reasonable care and without interruption; planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law; the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
